Pop of Color

Hello everyone!! I hope you had an amazing weekend,  I'm sorry it is ending.  My look today, started as a very simple, everyday look using the 28 Neutral Palette.  Good for work, going to run errands, weddings, church, but then I missed my Alien gel eyeliner so now we have "Pop of Color" look.  I hope you like it.

The first thing I did was took the matte white shade with a #941 and ran it from lash line to brow bone.

With an EB 09, I used a matte, medium toned brown and ran it through the entirety of the crease and then with the darkest, matte brown color I deepened the outer "V".

I thought I was done, but, alas, I was not.  I just felt like today needed a little visit from the Alien.  So, I used the EB 19 and Alien gel eyeliner, I lined my entire upper lash line.  I used a fairly thick line, because I wanted impact with my eyes open.

Two coats of mascara and the look is complete.  Any color eyeliner would look amazing with this look, because the base is so neutral.

Purple and Silver

Hello beautiful readers today we will be working on a super simple purple and silver look using the 88 Matte Palette and the best Sedona Lace cosmetic brushes

The colors that we will be using have been marked with a kiss for you to follow:

Let's begin by priming the entire eye with an eyeshadow base, and then applying this silver shade in the inner 1/3 of the lid.

Next we will use this light purple shade in the center of the lid blending with the silver.

Now going in with the darker purple we will go into the outer "V" and also begin to cut the crease and blend.

We will then use the darker purple to line the lower lash line.

Remember that by using a white liner you can make your waterline any shade that you would like.

Bold Gold

Happy Hump Day!! Today's look is more dramatic, gold look using the 88 matte palette.  I hope you like the look.

The first thing I did was used a cream shadow that is about the same shade as my skin on my eye.  This helps to conceal the veins and redness that I have on my eye.  I then took a gold cream shadow and placed over the entire lid using the EB 11.

With the #305 I used the gold color and ran it all over the lid and then blended it thoroughly using the EB 09.

With the same EB 09, I ran a matte medium toned brown color through the crease to help blend all the colors and shades.

With a #904 pencil brush and a mixture of the darkest brown and black shade in the palette, I focused it into the very outer "V" area and the outer 1/3 of the crease to create some drama.

The last shadow I used was a matte, cream color on a EB 13 as my highlight color and blended this color into the crease colors, making sure to blend out any harsh lines.

The last step was to line the upper and lower waterlines with a creamy black pencil.  With the same pencil, I lined the upper lashline and smudged the liner out with the #904.  I then added 3 coats of mascara.  There just isn't too much mascara in this look.

Orange Crush

Hello gorgeous readers today we will be working on a very popular look and trend. Orange seems to be the color this year and with summer around the corner, it will look absolutely fab with the perfect accessories, makeup , and fashion.

We will be using the 120 Pro Palette 2nd Edition and our favorite makeup brushes and an orange cream base.

We will begin by using this orange cream base to prepare the lid for the brighter eyeshadow we will be using on top

Next we will use this bright orange on top of the cream base we used.

Next we will use this shimmery orange shade in the outer crease.

Next we will highlight the brow bone with this shimmery gold shade.

Using a blue eyeliner gel we will line the lower lash line.

Wing out the liner on the top lash line as well in the same blue shade and add a pair of natural falsies.

We will use this coral shade blush on the cheeks.
