Lets grab those fabulous makeup brushes and eyeshadows and lets get started.
We begin as with any bright colors, with a white base to help the colors pop.
We will use Jailhouse Jumpsuit on the inner 1/3 of the eye lid.
Next we will use Glam Girl on the outer 1/2 of the lid taking it up into the crease.
Remember we want to blend blend blend to create a seamless gradient effect.
Next we will use Electric Lemonade to highlight the brow bone area.
Line the waterline with blackout eyeliner gel and a couple of coats of your favorite mascara.
For the Lips we use a little bit of any clear lip gloss and a little bit of Bleeding Love Pigment and mix together
